The Challenge
The client, a chemical solutions provider collaborating with some of the world’s leading companies, required the construction of two DTX Cleanroom facilities that adhered to strict industry standards. The facilities needed to be designed, built, and commissioned within a short timeframe, all while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements for high-performance cleanrooms. 

The Solution

Our innovative Cleanroom solutions, built on trust, collaboration, and technical expertise, aligned closely with the client’s operational needs. 

Ardmac took full responsibility for the entire project, managing all phases from pre-construction and design to the handover of the fully operational, turnkey modular Cleanroom facilities. Our scope of work included: 

  • Design and pre-construction planning 
  • Installation of panels, walls, floors, ceilings, and barriers 
  • Supply and installation of ducts, roller doors, lights, fans, and Fan Filter Units (FFUs) 
  • Complete mechanical and electrical works 
  • Testing, commissioning, and quality assurance 

Close collaboration with the client’s team was essential to the project’s success. By maintaining open lines of communication, providing clear feedback channels, and ensuring expectations were fully understood, we created a seamless delivery process. 

Works involved the design and construction of two 62 m² DTX Cleanroom facilities. Our meticulous planning and attention to detail allowed us to proactively address challenges and keep the project on schedule. 

The Results
Despite the tight timeframe, Ardmac successfully completed and handed over the project on August 19, 2024, delivering two state-of-the-art Cleanroom facilities ready for immediate use in just 9 weeks. Our regular updates, open communication, and KPI reporting kept all stakeholders well-informed and confident throughout the project’s lifecycle. 

The strong collaboration between Ardmac and the client resulted in world-class Cleanroom facilities, enabling the client to continue delivering high-quality chemical solutions to their own customers while meeting the highest industry standards. 

Ardmac has recently delivered two Cleanrooms for us – ‘This Bespoke Idea’ came into existence on an A4 paper which was executed professionally by the brilliant Ardmac team.
