Ardmac Commence Work on Transforming Southway Housing Trust’s new HQ!
Ardmac are delighted to have been appointed as the main contractor to join Southway Housing Trust on their journey to their new Head Office in Manchester.
Working alongside Project Managers Saffer Cooper and Gardiner & Theobald, Architects 5 Plus and Services Consultants Project 23, the scheme will provide a new entrance extension plus enhanced landscaping, together with a high quality internal 2,000m² fit-out and greatly improved building energy efficiency.
Ardmac’s Operations Manager, Jeremy Cox, commented on the scheme: “Ardmac is delighted to be working with Southway Housing Trust in delivering its visionary, new office focussing on the wellbeing of staff and visitors and the environmental impacts of their new facility.
