Ardmac Deliver High Quality Industrious Office Fit Out at Bridgewater House
On behalf of Client, APAM, Ardmac completed the reception refurbishment at Bridgewater House. Bridgewater House is a Grade II Listed office development located in a prominent location on Whitworth Street within Manchester City Centre.
Working alongside Project Managers, Savills, Cube Architecture and Design and Services Engineers, BCM Consulting, Ardmac delivered the project to the highest levels of quality.
The project incorporated the strip out of existing reception, increasing the overall floor plate, re-cladding of the existing entrance, installation of a new toilet and shower block, reception refurbishment with full finishes and mechanical and electrical replacement.
The scheme has created a striking new reception area, utilising metallic finishes and exposed rivets, resulting in an industrial aesthetic reflecting the building’s history.
Ardmac sponsors Nordic GAA team
Ardmac, the international construction specialist, have teamed up with Dornan’s and Mercury in sponsoring a newly formed local GAA team to compete in the Nordic Championship. As part of the support, Ardmac will also sponsor elements of the new team’s kit. The team named Odense GAA consists of over 20 players from across the construction industry will come together in the Nordic Championship that sees 7 teams compete from across Scandinavia.read more
Ardmac celebrates 18th consecutive year of RoSPA safety recognition
Ardmac, have announced that they have received 3 Order of Distinction Awards for their Dublin, Manchester and Craigavon operations, in the prestigious annual RoSPA (Royal Society for Prevention of Accidents) health and safety awards.
Order of Distinctions are presented to organisations who have achieved a minimum of 15 consecutive Gold awards. With 18 years of Gold awards, this is the Ardmac’s fourth consecutive year receiving the Order of Distinction Award.
