Ardmac, the international construction specialist, have teamed up with Dornan’s and Mercury in sponsoring a newly formed local GAA team to compete in the Nordic Championship. As part of the support, Ardmac will also sponsor elements of the new team’s kit. The team named Odense GAA consists of over 20 players from across the construction industry will come together in the Nordic Championship that sees 7 teams compete from across Scandinavia.
Sean Mullan, Operations Director Ardmac noted, “It’s a great endorsement of the team spirit we have on site with Dornan’s and Mercury coming together to set up this GAA team.”
The Nordic Championship will consist of 3 rounds held in Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki over the summer with the first having being played on May 12th in Copenhagen with Odense winning the tournament beating Stockholm the champions of the previous 4 years in the final.
